Terms of Service

ShortsClip (the “Service”) is a product operated by iiniit (“iiniit,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the iiniit Terms of Service, which apply across all iiniit products. Where they overlap, these product-specific Terms govern your use of ShortsClip.

1. Accounts

You sign in through your iiniit account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Subscriptions & credits

The Service is offered on paid, credit-based subscription plans. One credit equals one minute of source video (rounded up). Credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. There is no free plan or trial.

3. Billing

Payments are processed by our billing provider, Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the videos you upload and the clips generated from them. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to process content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the rights of others, and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Generated media is provided for you to download; you are responsible for retaining copies you wish to keep.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iiniit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
